RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION INFORMATION

FAMILIES PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING FORM

(There are entries for multiple children. Please fill in your children in the proper age/grade groups.
If you have more children than spaces available in the various groups,
please call the parish so we can record the information. 215-473-1669)

Any students who are already confirmed,
but have not yet graduated from high school
AND are under 19-years-of-age,
are invited to participate in the Upper Room Youth Group,
which seeks to continue a religious education experience
within a fraternal setting until your child finishes high school.
Participation is at the discretion of each household.

Parent volunteers are welcomed to assist at any level upon completion
of the required Safe Environment qualifications
and in coordination with the Religious Education Team.
